Advance Deposit
To guarantee your room we require an advance deposit of 50% of your total stay. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card or American Express is accepted for advance deposits.
Cancelling Your Reservation
As a small, exclusive inn, last minute cancellations greatly affect us. We will refund advance deposits (less a $30 per room administration fee) if you provide cancellation notice not less than 14 days prior to your reserved arrival date. If cancellation is made within the 14-day period, your deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the quoted rate for your total stay is required unless we are able to rebook the room for the period you have reserved.
