Celebrate lobster season on Chedabucto Bay this May & June with the Authentic Seacoast™ Resorts Bay Lobster Festival. Your two day Nova Scotia Lobster Festival Package begins with a lobster cooking class with special tips and recipes from the DesBarres Manor kitchen. Your cooking class will be followed by a three course seafood dinner in the dining room. Let the Manor’s culinary team introduce you to incredible tastes of Nova Scotia and the culinary artistry of DesBarres Manor Inn with a special two-night Gourmet Getaway Package. Your first evening celebrates the food & wine of Nova Scotia. The Chef will delight you with a three course dinner that brings the seasonal tastes of Nova Scotia to your plate. Each course will be paired with a Nova Scotia wine to experience the unique matching of local cuisine and wine.

Your second day will start with a full breakfast followed by free time to relax on the Manor grounds where we grow many of the organic herbs and vegetables that are used in our signature dishes or tour Chedabucto Bay where we source seafood for our menus.
